Is my financial data safe?

Yes. All data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. Nothing is sent to external servers, and no one — including us — can access your data.
Does the app work offline?

Fully. Sulam works 100% offline. Since all data is on your device, you don't need an internet connection to add payments, view history, or use any feature.
Can I use it in Arabic?

Yes — Sulam is fully bilingual. Switch between English and Arabic at any time from within the app. The layout switches to full RTL (right-to-left) when using Arabic.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Since subscriptions are managed by Apple, you can cancel anytime through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sulam → Cancel. No need to contact us.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Deleting the app or your account permanently removes all data from your device. There are no cloud backups — export your data as CSV before deleting if you need a record.
Is the free trial automatically charged?
+
After your 1-month free trial ends, your chosen plan begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings.
How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently wipes all your data with no recovery possible. You can also email us at sulam.app@hotmail.com to request deletion.
